Monday:
Double PE: We learned how to serve in tennis and played against other players. This class helped me to communicate with my classmates.
Enterprise Education: We looked over business sheets our teacher gave us. This class helped me learn more about business.
Double Drama: We missed one class due to the Galway team coming in to show us the cup. In the second class, we practiced acting out a scene that our teacher printed out. This class helped me do something I wouldn’t do before.
English: We watched Martin Luther King’s speech online to look at how he says his words effectively. This class helped me learn more about speech writing.
Music: We sang a song for half the class then we got into our groups to discuss our projects and what to research for Wednesday. This class helped me communicate with my classmates.
Math’s: Our teacher was out so we had a free.
Irish: We analysed Clare sa speir and looked at how music can be used effectively in a film. This class helped me learn keywords that I didn’t know before.
Tuesday:
Tutor: We got sheets about how to write up our portfolios and started to write up on the healthy lifestyle program.
Double Construction: We reconstructed our cubes to go over what we did the previous week. This class helped me to learn more about constructing on the computer.
Drama: We teamed up with the other class to talk about what we are going to do for the variety show.
Guidance: We went to the computer room and did a career test to see what career suited us best. This class helped me to see what career best suited me.
French: We had no class yet because we have no teacher.
Triple Art: We helped out putting up art around the school for the shorelines festival.
Wednesday:
Music: We started to learn the song imagine by the John Lennon. This class helped me to communicate with my classmates by attempting to sing together.
English: We looked at Eamon de Valera’s speech ‘The Ireland That We Dreamed Of’. This class helped me learn more about his speech.
Double Religion: We got introduced to the new Chaplin and we had a debate about refugees in Ireland. This class helped me broaden my mind to refugees.
Business: We went to the computer room. This class helped me catch up on my portfolio.
IT: We looked at how to get our emails up and running and looked at how to do the E portfolio’s. This class helped me learn more about how to use computers.
European Studies: We looked at competitions we could do and one award is a trip to Strasberg.
Irish: We didn’t have Irish since we were getting our junior cert results.
Thursday:
We went to knock and had no classes.

Irish: We analysed the film clare sa speir. This class helped me as I learned new words in Irish I didn’t know before.
Double science: We typed up our one-page proposals in the computer room.
Math’s: We finished correcting what we did in the class before and finished module two. This class helped me learn more about analytics.
Music: We practiced singing some songs from the musical grease for the variety show. This class helped me get better at singing even though I’m still hopeless at it.
