TY Personal Statement
1. The reasons why I want to do TY:
I want to do ty because I want to learn about work and what it’s like in the line of work by doing work experience. This will help me with working out what I want to be in life.
I also want to do TY to gain more self-confidence by trying new things. This will help me do different things I thought I wouldn’t do before.
Finally, I want to do ty to try new things I never did before like how to set up a business or go to a different country. This will broaden my view of what I know and still want to find out.
2. My aims for the year:
My aims for the year are to be more confident at the end of the year. By hopefully achieving this I will be able to do more new things I couldn’t before like public speaking.
I also want to learn new things like how to surf at Delphi or sail at Dromineer. This also broadens my mind about other things and for enjoyment.
Finally, I want to be more willing to try different things that come my way in the future. In doing this I put myself out there more for things I wouldn’t have done before.
